BBIS (Bourbon Barrel Imperial Stout) is a rich, big imperial stout deliberately brewed to age in bourbon barrels for at least one year. This beloved annual release has a rich body, vanilla notes, bourbon, light oak, and an underlying flavor profile of smooth milk chocolate.
