Donation processing form

WAIT! This form is for donations requests that have previously been approved via email with Liz at Reuben’s Brews. If you have not had prior approval, please do not submit this form. Instead, email your request to liz@reubensbrews.com.

Reuben’s Brews loves the community we serve, and we in turn support the work our community does. We provide gift boxes for auctions that raise vital funds for local non-profits.

We have a very strict policy that the organization must complete the procurement forms and submit them to us before we will release the gift box to the organization. We are a very small team (just over twenty people) to do all of the brewing, pouring, selling, and accounting for all of the beer - please help us help you by completing the forms. Within the gift box you will find for a total of $45 value:

  • 1 Reuben’s Brews t-shirt

  • 2 bottles of Reuben’s Brews beer

  • 2 Reuben’s Brews 16oz glasses

  • 4 Reuben’s Brews stickers

  • 4 Reuben’s Brews coasters
